Portugal - Serbia
Portugal was one of the teams with no luck at all in previous round of qualifications for Euro 2008. They had great number of chances and poor finishing, some good saves and lack of luck were the main reasons that they failed to beat Poland. They conceded lucky goal with sot from long range, the ball hit the woodwork and from goalkeepers back, went into the net.
Serbia played terrible match against Finland. They failed to create a single chance against, to be fair, well organized defensive line of Finland. But, the fact that Serbia barely dominated against Finland who gave the possession to Serbia is the fact that worries many Serbian fans. Yes, they are good defensively, but the midfield and the attack are not good at all, although they have some good players on those positions.
This is to be or not to be for both teams and Serbia will be more than a happy with a draw from this match. First match in Belgrade ended 1:1 . Portugal drew their last two matches and now instead of being on first position they are on the third, behind Finland and Poland. Portugal will dominate this match for sure, they are much better side, they have play that creates a lot of chances and Serbia looked poor in their attack. They probably will sit back and wait on counters, but I believe that Portugal cannot be the unlucky team in three matches in a row.
